I truly enjoy helping clients manage stress and anxiety, cultivate loving relationships, and navigate rewarding work and careers. I am licensed to practice as a psychologist in our beautiful Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I am also Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology and maintain authorization to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT. I specialize in providing psychotherapy for healthcare professionals. I am also Level 1 & 2 trained in the Gottman Method and specialize in couples therapy and parenting support. For clients managing medical conditions, I provide support for evidence-based non-pharmacological interventions. I completed my doctoral program at Penn State University and internship training at the University of Delaware. I am the mother of 3 young adults who enjoys music and art.
