I still remember receiving my first Health Psychology journal as a college freshman. It was a beautiful spring day of discernment as I looked ahead to the majesty of the Basilica on campus. I recall thinking about goodness, prevention of disease and the value of scientific study as the best guide for clinical practice. Today my practice is driven by my passionate commitment to preventative care. I focus on helping clients manage stress and anxiety, cultivate loving relationships, and navigate rewarding work and careers. As a Penn State alumna (We Are), I am licensed to practice as a psychologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I am also Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology and maintain authorization to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT. I specialize in providing psychotherapy services for medical and mental health professionals as well as couples and families.
